MEET PENNY LOPEZ

I grew up in Santa Cruz  and reside in Ben Lomond. I am a Santa Cruz based wedding planner with over two decades of experience.  I have had a passion for event planning starting at a young age helping organize gatherings for our large family. Combining my corporate experience of planning and organizing  large and small sales meetings, off-site and employee engagement events, I am well versed with problem solving and quick thinking. I pride myself on being proactive and engaging all in the event planning process to ensure it has your personal flair, individuality highlighted.

Most of my corporate and individual clients are locally based and organically sourced through word of mouth. That type of personal connection with my community enables me to engage in quality conversation with clients with particular design aesthetics. There is joy in being a part of the process, especially the challenges and pressures that come with successful executions. As we discuss the details and decor, I cherish the moments where many memories will develop during the day. As a wedding planner, I’m invested in my clients wedding day needs. In fact, when I see clients years passed from their epic events, we tend to reminisce about the seamless blissful experience of the entire day. Their responses to my work sustains my joy for this line of work.
